Program Overview

Barista is a 3 months (390) hours certification course in which students will be able to grab the knowledge regarding operating a coffee shop from the opening of a coffee shop till closing the coffee shop for the day. Excel Academy is following this course under the affiliation of CTEVT. After the completion of this students will not only be able to prepare various types of espresso based hot and cold coffee but also will be able to organize the coffee shop, take inventory, prepare daily sales summary, prepare requisition form.
