Program Overview

Bar is an outlet of F&B area which prepares various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to its customers on request. Highly knowledgeable and skilled bartender can operate a bar and give a huge return for the company. This vocational course helps students to be able to handle a bar professionally. After the completion of the course, students will be able to prepare various types of drinks, cocktail, mocktail, maintain bar inventory, prepare closing stock, and daily bar sales summary.
