Food and Beverage service (F & B Service) plays a very integral role in any hotel line whose main function is to deliver world class service to its customer by coordinating with Food Production. Generally referred as waiter/ess training, F&B service is suitable for the younger generation who wish to pursue their career in F&B area. Excel Academy is following this certification course designed by Council of Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT). This course is designed to be completed in 3 months (390 hrs). After the completion of the course students will be able to work within a restaurant, banquet, bar, coffee shop and other areas of F&B Service.
