Program Overview

Diploma in Culinary Arts (DCA) is a course that is mostly preferred by those who chase their dream to become a chef. We are conducting this highly demanding course under the affiliation of City Metropolitan College, Singapore. This course is designed to be completed within six months in which Students shall gain theoretical as well as practical knowledge. Students who have passed +2 will be qualified to join this course. In this course students shall be learning basic to advanced level cooking. This course has focused on Continental, Indian and Chinese cuisine. After the completion of this course, students will be able to prepare various food items according to the order and even prepare new dishes by following the recipe.
